Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and lead the maintenance team
• Complete and delegate work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform advanced maintenance tasks, including:
  • HVAC troubleshooting and repairs (if certified)
  • Electrical and plumbing diagnostics
  • Appliance repair and replacement
  • Carpentry, drywall, and general building upkeep
• Manage unit turns and ensure timely, high‑quality make‑ready completion
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures
• Communicate effectively with property management and residents
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Lead Maintenance Technician or Maintenance Supervisor
• Strong apartment maintenance background
• Ability to lead, train, and support maintenance staff
• Skilled in troubleshooting and completing repairs independently
• Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred (if required by property)
