Lead Maintenance Technician – Property Management

Location: Dallas, TX 75203

Schedule: Monday through friday

Pay Range: $26-$27 per hour

We’re looking for a high‑level Lead Maintenance Technician who can take charge of maintenance operations and deliver top‑quality results. If you’re skilled, reliable, and able to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish, you’re exactly who we want.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations and assign tasks
• Perform repairs: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry
• Oversee and complete unit turns efficiently
• Respond quickly to work orders and emergencies
• Maintain inventory, tools, and safety standards
• Train and support maintenance staff

Requirements

• Strong maintenance experience in multifamily or similar environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Skilled in troubleshooting across multiple trades
• Leadership ability and strong organization
• EPA or HVAC certification preferred
