About the Role

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and overall appearance of the community. From completing service requests to preparing apartment homes for new residents, your work directly contributes to resident satisfaction and property success.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete service requests efficiently and professionally
• Perform general repairs and maintenance, including:
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical
  • HVAC systems (basic troubleshooting)
  • Appliance repair
  • Carpentry and drywall
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Assist with unit turns / make-ready process
• Identify maintenance issues and implement effective solutions
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents and staff

What We’re Looking For

• Previous apartment maintenance or related trade experience preferred
• Working knowledge of general maintenance (HVAC experience a plus)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work
