Assistant Property Manager – Tax Credit -Property Management

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay: $26-$27 per hour

Location: Denver, CO 80214

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented, motivated Assistant Property Manager with Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience to support daily operations at our community. If you’re organized, confident with compliance, and enjoy working with residents, this role is an excellent opportunity to grow your property management career.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Property Manager with daily operations, resident relations, and office management
• Process applications, certifications, and recertifications in accordance with LIHTC guidelines
• Ensure full compliance with all Tax Credit regulations and documentation requirements
• Support leasing efforts, tours, renewals, and marketing activities
• Handle rent collection, deposits, notices, and resident account management
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and files for audits and inspections
• Help coordinate maintenance requests, work orders, and unit turns
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects

What You Bring

• Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience required
• Strong understanding of compliance, income verification, and required documentation
• Previous property management or leasing experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and team‑oriented
• Experience with property management software
