This role is ideal for a technician with strong maintenance expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

Preferred candidates will live within 30 miles of the property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform advanced maintenance tasks, including:
  • HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
  • Electrical and plumbing diagnostics
  • Appliance repair and replacement
  • Carpentry, drywall, and general building upkeep
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards

Requirements

• Must be HVAC/EPA certified
• Strong apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Preferred: Lives within 30 miles of the property
