Property Management Porter – Now Hiring

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking Porter to join our property management team. This role is essential to keeping our community clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors. If you take pride in maintaining beautiful spaces and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including walkways, parking lots, hallways, and amenities
• Perform daily groundskeeping: trash pickup, sweeping, pressure washing, and debris removal
• Assist maintenance team with light tasks as needed
• Prepare vacant units by removing trash and ensuring cleanliness
• Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or unusual activity
• Support community events and property operations as requested

Qualifications

• Previous porter, janitorial, or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent property presentation
