Make Ready – Property Management Kansas City, MO 64132

We’re hiring a motivated Make Ready to join our property management team. This hybrid role is essential in keeping our community clean, well‑maintained, and ready for new residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Make Ready tasks, including:
  • Unit cleaning, light repairs, touch‑ups, and basic turnover prep
  • Replacing filters, bulbs, blinds, and hardware as needed
  • Assisting maintenance with unit punch lists
• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas: hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and amenities
• Perform daily groundskeeping: trash pickup, sweeping, blowing, pressure washing, and debris removal
• Keep maintenance shop and storage areas organized
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and unusual activity promptly
• Support the maintenance team with additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping spaces clean and functional
• Ability to work outdoors and be on your feet for extended periods
• Basic handyman or make‑ready experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and commitment to great resident service
