What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations for the apartment community

• Manage service requests and ensure timely completion of work orders

• Coordinate apartment turns and prepare units for move-ins

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances

• Schedule and oversee larger community maintenance projects

• Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections

• Supervise maintenance staff and prioritize daily assignments

• Assist with painting, drywall repairs, caulking, pressure washing, and grounds maintenance as needed

• Maintain excellent resident relations and customer service standards

Required Qualifications:

✔ HVAC/EPA Certification (REQUIRED)

✔ Previous Apartment Maintenance Experience Preferred

✔ Previous Maintenance Leadership or Supervisory Experience Preferred

✔ Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills

✔ Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance

✔ CPO Certification Preferred but Not Required

✔ Reliable Transportation

✔ Own Basic Hand Tools

✔ Ability to Lift 40-50 lbs.

✔ Strong Leadership, Communication, and Organizational Skills
