BG Staffing is hiring an experienced Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician for a well-managed apartment community in Hamilton Township, NJ. This is a full-time role offering stability, a consistent schedule, and a healthy work-life balance—no burnout culture and manageable work orders.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
• Work Week: 40 hours/week
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform apartment maintenance and repairs, including:
  • General maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Unit turns and common area upkeep
• Maintain apartments to company standards with safety and quality in mind
• Ensure work orders remain organized and manageable

Qualifications

• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician
• Prior apartment maintenance experience required
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
