BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Maintenance Technician with CPO certification to support an apartment community in Decatur, GA (30035). This role is ideal for a maintenance professional with strong technical abilities, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and well‑functioning community.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform advanced maintenance tasks, including:
  • HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
  • Electrical and plumbing diagnostics
  • Appliance repair and replacement
  • Carpentry, drywall, and general building upkeep
• Maintain pools and amenities in accordance with CPO standards
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality expectations
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents
• Support the maintenance team with special projects as needed

Requirements

• Maintenance certification required
• CPO certification required
• Strong apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
