Property Manager

Location: North Charleston, SC

Salary: $75,000 – $95,000

Are you an experienced Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume community? We are seeking a strong operational leader to oversee a large multifamily community in North Charleston, SC.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who knows how to lead teams, drive occupancy, maximize financial performance, and create an exceptional resident experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop leasing and maintenance teams to achieve property goals
• Oversee all daily operations including leasing, resident retention, collections, and curb appeal
• Drive occupancy and financial performance through strong operational leadership
• Manage budgets, reporting, renewals, vendor relationships, and expense control
• Ensure work orders, unit turns, inspections, and make-readies are completed efficiently
• Build strong resident relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and all federal, state, and local regulations
• Partner closely with maintenance leadership to maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained community

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Manager
• MUST have experience managing large multifamily communities of 500+ units
• Strong background in leasing, marketing, resident retention, and operations
• Proven leadership experience managing onsite teams
• Strong financial and budgeting experience
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• CALP required | CAM preferred
• SC Property Manager license required
