Job Description 

You will support the day‑to‑day cleanliness and appearance of the community by:

• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas and amenities
• Cleaning vacant units for move‑ins
• Removing trash and debris
• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns
• Supporting the onsite team as needed

💲 $20 hour

Schedule / Hours

⏰ Monday thru Friday | 7am-4pm

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
