Are you a dynamic property management professional who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and supporting communities where you’re needed most? We are seeking a Floating Property Manager / Leasing Specialist to join a growing multifamily team supporting a portfolio of over 15,000 units.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys traveling, and can quickly adapt to different communities and teams. You will travel to various properties to provide support where coverage is needed, including filling in for absent or short-staffed Community Managers, Assistant Managers, and Leasing Professionals, as well as assisting with special projects.

Most communities are conventional properties, with some affordable housing communities recently added to the portfolio.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Hourly position: $21–$23/hour
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Incentives offered at individual communities
  • Mileage reimbursement, meal stipend, and transportation assistance provided
  • Travel may include overnight stays or week-long assignments depending on portfolio needs

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide onsite support for multifamily communities throughout the Cincinnati market and surrounding areas
  • Fill in for Community Managers, Assistant Managers, and Leasing Professionals as needed
  • Support leasing operations including tours, applications, resident communication, and renewals
  • Assist with daily property operations, resident relations, delinquency follow-up, and administrative tasks
  • Support special projects at both property sites and the home office
  • Help maintain occupancy goals and deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure communities operate in alignment with company policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of multifamily leasing or property management experience
  • Experience with Yardi and CRM IQ preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different communities and teams
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
  • Must be open to frequent travel, including overnight stays when needed
