Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and process invoices accurately with limited supervision
• Perform high‑volume, detailed data entry with consistency and precision
• Maintain organized financial records and support month‑end processes
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams
• Assist with general accounting tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior accounts payable or invoice‑entry experience
• Strong typing skills and the ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
• Excellent attention to detail and follow‑through
• Professional attitude, communication, and appearance
• Dependability—must be punctual and consistent with attendance
• Ability to work independently and stay focused
• Valid driver’s license (required)
