BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant for a 3-month temporary assignment at a residential community in Brooklyn, NY 11217. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented property management professional who excels at administrative work while also supporting leasing operations.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
• Assignment Length: 3 months
• Work Setting: On-site

Role Overview

This position focuses primarily on administrative and operational support, with some leasing responsibilities including tours and resident interaction. Property management experience is required, and LIHTC experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Core Administrative Support

• Filing and scanning documents
• Lease renewals and preparation of renewal packages
• Notices and general resident correspondence
• Assisting with leasing operations

Leasing & Resident Coordination

• Scheduling tours via phone and email
• Conducting property tours
• Printing, assembling, and mailing renewal packages
• Supporting outreach to residents for recertification document collection

Vacancy & Applicant Processing

• Issuing applicant notices
• Conducting follow-up calls and scheduling interviews
• Preparing applicant interview packages

Additional Support Functions

• Assistance with Elise AI (AI leasing and tour coordination)
• Supporting Community Managers with day-to-day operational needs

Qualifications

• Prior property management or apartment leasing experience required
• LIHTC experience preferred
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
• Professional customer service demeanor
• Comfortable using technology and property management systems
