Commercial Property Administrator (Contract)

Location: Atlanta, GA 30346

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duration: 1–2 Months (Contract)

Pay Range: $24.00–$31.25/hour (DOE)


Position Summary

The Property Administrator serves as the primary administrative contact for an office property or portfolio. This role provides critical support in property operations, accounting, and tenant relations while delivering high-quality customer service. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to begin a career in commercial property management, offering hands-on experience and professional development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to tenant inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating maintenance resolutions
  • Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining property records and databases
  • Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), code invoices, and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
  • Coordinate vendors and manage work orders to ensure timely maintenance and repairs
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports, financial summaries, and property performance updates
  • Support lease administration, including tenant move-ins, document management, and communications
  • Assist with tenant engagement initiatives such as events and building communications
  • Provide backup support for reception, mail distribution, and general office operations
  • Perform additional duties as required to support property management agreements and operations


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in an office environment, in commercial real estate or property management
