Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Clean breezeways, common areas, and exterior amenities
• Assist with moving furniture, supplies, and materials as needed
• Support maintenance and office staff with basic tasks
• Ensure the property remains safe, tidy, and welcoming for residents and visitors

Requirements

• Previous groundskeeping, moving, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
