BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily community in Delaware, Ohio. This role is ideal for a hands‑on technician who takes pride in maintaining apartments and providing excellent service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete daily work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform unit turns/make‑readies for new move‑ins
• General maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and light HVAC
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Identify and report larger repair issues as needed
• Ensure property is safe, clean, and well‑maintained

Requirements:

• Previous apartment or residential maintenance experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to perform physical labor

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30‑minute lunch)
