BG Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Certified Maintenance Technician to join a well-established apartment community. This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality work and dependable service.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Location: Apartment Community

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders efficiently and professionally
• Maintain community grounds and common areas
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance related to:
  • HVAC
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Drywall and general repairs
• Use RealPage/OneSite on an iPad to track work orders and updates
• Ensure apartments are maintained to company standards with safety and quality in mind

Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance Technician
• Strong apartment maintenance skill set
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and drywall repairs
• Familiarity with RealPage/OneSite preferred
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
