Responsibilities

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform skilled maintenance tasks, including:
  • HVAC diagnostics and repairs (certification required)
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Appliance repair and replacement
  • Carpentry and general maintenance
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and community amenities
• Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards

Requirements

• HVAC or other relevant maintenance certification required
• Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and professional
• Strong communication and customer service skills
