Responsibilities

• Prepare and refresh apartment units for new residents
• Perform basic maintenance tasks, including:
  • Painting and touch‑ups
  • Minor plumbing repairs
  • Light electrical work
  • Appliance checks and minor fixes
• Clean and restore units after move‑outs
• Assist with general property upkeep and cleanliness
• Ensure all work meets community quality and safety standards

Requirements

• Previous make‑ready or apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to perform basic repairs and unit turns
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the maintenance team
