🏠 Apartment Maintenance Technician (Non-Certified)

Pay: $23.00 – $25.00/hr (Weekly Pay)

📋 What You’ll Do

• Unit Turns: Assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents (painting, caulking, and minor drywall repair).
• General Repairs: Handle light plumbing (unclogging sinks) and basic electrical (changing light fixtures or switches).
• Community Upkeep: Keep common areas, leasing offices, and parking lots clean and welcoming.
• Service Requests: Respond to resident work orders for appliance troubleshooting and basic hardware fixes.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical Knowledge: Basic understanding of tools and how to fix common household issues.
• Reliability: You show up on time, every time, ready to support the community.
• Tools: Must own a set of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.).
• Physical Stamina: Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and staying active throughout the day.
• Experience: Previous apartment or construction experience is a plus, but a "can-do" attitude is essential.
