OPPORTUNITY: Maintenance Technician – $21/hr 

Do you have experience in construction, renovations, or general maintenance? Looking to get started in apartments or grow your current experience? 

We’re hiring reliable, hands-on Maintenance Techs who can jump in, stay busy, and keep properties running smoothly. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Complete and troubleshoot common apartment service requests  
• Perform light plumbing & electrical repairs  
• Repair locks, fixtures, and appliances  
• Assist with unit turns (painting, drywall, caulking)  
• Help with groundskeeping, pressure washing, and property upkeep  

What You Need: 

• Reliable transportation  
• Strong work ethic and dependability  
• Willingness to learn and take direction  
• Basic hand tools required  
• Power tools are a PLUS  
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs  
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
