Position Details

• Pay: $22–$23/hr
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
• Opportunities: Contract and Contract‑to‑Hire

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform general and advanced maintenance tasks, including:
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Light electrical work
  • Appliance troubleshooting
  • HVAC maintenance and repairs (if certified)
• Assist with unit turns and move‑out preparation
• Maintain property grounds and common areas as needed
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with residents and property staff

Requirements

• Proven experience in apartment maintenance
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair
• HVAC certification or other relevant maintenance certifications preferred
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of maintenance issues
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
