$18/hr | Contract-to-Hire | Mon–Fri 8:30–5:30 | Sat 10:00–5:00

Join a high‑traffic apartment community where you’ll support tours, application processing, digital leasing tools, and resident relations. You’ll help drive occupancy through strong communication, sales skills, and platform knowledge.

Job Description

• Conduct tours and guide prospects through the leasing process
• Process applications and prepare leasing documentation
• Use Entrada and digital tools for accurate data management
• Support marketing, follow‑ups, and sales efforts
• Assist with resident relations and daily office operations

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Apartment industry leasing experience
• Fair Housing compliance knowledge
• Market knowledge and strong sales/closing ability to drive occupancy
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work Saturdays
