We’re looking for an experienced, results-driven Property Manager to lead operations at a 101-unit townhome community. If you’re a strong leader with a passion for leasing, resident satisfaction, and driving occupancy, this is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced multifamily environment, understands both leasing and maintenance operations, and is highly motivated to improve property performance.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full leasing cycle from lead follow-up to lease execution
• Drive occupancy and revenue by overseeing daily leasing activity
• Deliver top-tier customer service to current and prospective residents
• Maintain accurate records in AppFolio (leasing, resident, and maintenance)
• Proactively reduce delinquency and improve collections
• Conduct property tours and effectively showcase community features
• Partner with maintenance to ensure timely service and resident satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Track and manage warranty requests for major systems

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of multifamily property management experience
• 1+ year of AppFolio experience required
• Proven success in leasing, sales, and closing
• Strong understanding of property maintenance operations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
