Commercial Property Manager

Location: Champions Forest area

Pay: $75,000 - $85,000

**Must have MRI accounting software**

**Must have 3+ years of commercial real estate property management experience, little to no residential**

[The client] is a Commercial Property Management company working mostly in the office market, but also manages some retail and industrial properties. They have offices in the Woodlands, Champions and the Energy Corridor, however, this position would be officed in the Energy Corridor and/or Champions. 

Responsibilities 

• Candidate must have reliable transportation to go between properties. 

• Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years working in commercial office management. 

• Must have experience working in MRI accounting software. 

• Must have a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently. 

• Responsible for the management of 5 properties totaling 285,000 square feet 

• Will be responsible for delivering annual property budgets and monthly financial reports to our clients. 

• Ability to work directly with property owners in all aspects of their properties. 

• Will have the support of our accounting group, as they will handle putting together the financials, but the candidate will be responsible for variance explanations and getting the reports timely to our clients each month 

• Responsible for some administrative work but will have administrative support from our existing Team to assist in most of those responsibilities. 

• Supervision of 2 building engineers that handle those 5 properties. 

• Will be the first point of contact for Tenants at their properties. 

• Provide accurate monthly invoices to Tenants and manage the Rent Management program at each property. 

• Monitor the properties Tenant Service Request portal to ensure Tenant’s needs are being met.
