Application Processing Coordinator (Onsite – Corporate Office)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Application Processing Coordinator to support leasing operations by managing rental applications and ensuring a smooth, compliant workflow. This is a fully onsite position based in the corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

• Process rental applications accurately and in a timely manner
• Review files for completeness and follow up on missing documentation
• Apply standardized leasing criteria to support approval/denial decisions
• Escalate applications that fall outside guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with leasing and corporate teams
• Prioritize high-volume application workflow while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, leasing support, or application processing experience
• Strong attention to detail and organization in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow and apply policies consistently
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; property management software experience a plus

Preferred

• Multifamily or property management experience
• Familiarity with Fair Housing guidelines
