Porter / Groundskeeper – Property Management

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay: $16 per hour

Location: Plano, TX 75023

We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Porter to help keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors. If you take pride in maintaining a well‑kept environment and enjoy working outdoors, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness of the property’s grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Pick up trash, remove debris, and empty community trash receptacles
• Clean breezeways, hallways, laundry rooms, and other shared spaces
• Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed
• Support the maintenance team with unit turns and special projects
• Report safety hazards, maintenance needs, or unusual activity
• Ensure the community always looks clean, organized, and resident‑ready

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
