Property Manager Affordable Housing - Property Management

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90744

Pay: $26–$28/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday

We’re looking for an experienced Affordable Housing Property Manager to lead operations at a multifamily community. This role requires strong LIHTC/HUD compliance skills and a resident‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage all annual and interim recertifications; ensure full LIHTC & HUD compliance
• Maintain audit‑ready resident files for TCAC and investor reviews
• Handle PBV/TBV vouchers and HAP reporting
• Improve leasing performance, reduce vacancies, and manage waitlists
• Oversee budgets, P&L, and NOI‑driven business plans
• Ensure compliance with CA landlord‑tenant laws, AB 1482, and Fair Housing
• Support onsite staff and coordinate with maintenance on unit turns and property upkeep

Requirements

• Must have: Hands‑on LIHTC and HUD experience
• Strong understanding of California and Los Angeles housing regulations
• Proven ability to manage operations, compliance, and resident relations
