Maintenance Technician II

Full-Time | Field-Based Role

What You’ll Do

• Complete maintenance requests including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
• Perform home turns, property walks, and pre-move-in inspections
• Communicate with residents on service requests and arrival times
• Document completed work, including notes and before/after photos
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory
• Perform rekeying and general property securing
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience (residential preferred)
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your day
• Valid driver’s license required
