Part-Time Leasing Specialist

Bastrop, TX 78602 | $20/hr | Contract Role

Schedule: Monday & Tuesday, 9am–6pm

Support a multifamily community by delivering strong customer service, increasing occupancy, and ensuring accurate leasing processes. This role is ideal for someone experienced in apartment leasing who enjoys connecting with prospects and supporting daily office operations.

Job Responsibilities

• To conduct tours and close leases to support occupancy
• To process applications and lease files accurately
• To provide customer service to prospects and residents
• To maintain market knowledge and follow Fair Housing laws
• To use property management software to complete daily tasks

Qualifications

• Apartment leasing or multifamily office experience required
• Experience with Yardi, Onesite, or similar software required
• Strong sales and closing skills required
• Ability to work scheduled days
• Professional communication and customer service skills
