Sales Account Executive

Bedford, OH Territory-Based | Full-Time

Base Salary: $55,000–$65,000 + Commission + Bonuses


We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Executive to generate new business, manage client relationships, and oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting through installation. This is a territory-based role ideal for a motivated B2B sales professional who thrives in relationship building, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities


New Business Development

  • Prospect and close new accounts within assigned territory
  • Develop relationships with property managers, owners, and decision-makers
  • Grow market share and expand territory revenue

Full Sales Cycle Management

  • Manage pipeline from lead generation to signed agreement and installation
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales
  • Ensure accurate documentation and CRM updates

Account Management & Customer Retention

  • Maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after installation
  • Coordinate with Operations, Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Resolve issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction

Sales Reporting & Performance

  • Track KPIs, quotas, and sales metrics
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility
  • Provide updates to Sales Manager

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, outside sales, account management, or territory sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle and meeting sales quotas
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar preferred)
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
  • Ability to travel within territory
