Put your leasing expertise to work in a one‑person office where you’ll handle every facet of the leasing process. This is a great opportunity for someone confident, experienced, and ready to run the show.

Job Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact in a one‑person office
• Handle all leasing functions from tours to move‑ins
• Operate property management software; Rent Manager preferred
• Manage applications, verifications, and renewals
• Be available to work Saturdays

Schedule: Mon–Fri 9–5, Sat 10–3

Pay: $18/hr

Type: Contract

Qualifications

• Leasing experience in the multifamily industry
• Ability to manage all leasing duties independently
• Property management software experience (Rent Manager & I Love Leasing preferred)
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
