Mon–Tue 9:00 AM–2:00 PM

Fri 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Compensation

$20/hr | Contract role through BGSF

You will support property operations, assist with leasing, maintain organized records, coordinate work orders, and provide excellent service to residents to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with resident relations and deliver professional customer service
• Support leasing efforts and help maintain occupancy
• Process rent payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate maintenance requests and track completion
• Maintain organized office files and assist with daily administrative tasks

Required Skills

• Previous property management or leasing experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced office
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and property management software
• Reliable, professional, and detail‑oriented
• Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar systems
• Bilingual skills a plus
