Apartment Property Manager – Multifamily Experience Required

As the Property Manager, you’ll oversee leasing, financials, resident relations, and vendor management while guiding the team to success.

Job Description

Lead daily operations at a multifamily community, oversee leasing, renewals, rent collection, budgeting, resident relations, compliance, and vendor management. Multifamily property management experience required. Monday–Friday schedule. Contract‑to‑hire through BGSF.

Key Responsibilities

• To oversee daily property operations and ensure strong occupancy performance
• To manage leasing, renewals, marketing, and resident retention strategies
• To handle rent collection, financial reporting, and budget oversight
• To coordinate vendors, maintenance scheduling, and property inspections
• To ensure compliance with Fair Housing, policies, and community standards

Required Skills

• Multifamily/Property Management experience is required
• Strong knowledge of leasing, budgeting, collections, and resident relations
• Ability to lead office and maintenance teams effectively
• Experience with property management software (Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, AppFolio, etc.)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Reliability Monday–Friday, 9–5:30
• Experience managing vendors and maintenance coordination
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, state/local regulations, and reporting
• Background in financial performance improvement or team leadership
