Job Description

• Complete apartment make‑readies and unit turns to prepare for new move‑ins
• Respond to and complete work orders in a timely manner
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and carpentry
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety checks
• Maintain cleanliness of shop, vacant units, and common areas

Qualifications

• Apartment maintenance or multifamily maintenance experience required
• Ability to perform make‑ready and general maintenance tasks independently
• Must supply own tools
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work orders accurately
