Job Description

• To greet prospects and conduct professional property tours
• To apply Fair Housing guidelines in all interactions
• To process applications using property management software
• To maintain strong market knowledge and meet leasing goals
• To deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects

• Previous leasing consultant experience
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Fair Housing knowledge
• Customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle applications and software systems
• Ability to start immediately

Schedule & Pay

• Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• $22–$23/hr based on experience
• Contract‑to‑Hire • Immediate Start
