Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across a scattered-site multifamily portfolio
• Lead and develop a 5-person team (leasing & maintenance)
• Drive occupancy, collections, retention, and NOI performance
• Monitor KPIs including delinquency, turnover, and maintenance response
• Manage vendors, contractors, and third-party partners
• Oversee leasing strategy, resident escalations, and lease negotiations
• Support renovations, unit turns, and capital improvement projects
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly performance reports
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and property standards

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of property management experience
• 2+ years managing scattered-site or multi-property portfolios
• Strong experience in multifamily (middle-market or value-add preferred)
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Experience with AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or similar software
• Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Preferred:

• Value-add or renovation experience
• Strong KPI and financial reporting background
• Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
