Apartment Maintenance Technician – Contract to Hire

Cincinnati, OH 45225 | M–F, 8–5 or 9–6 | $21/hr

Job Description

• To complete general apartment maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances)
• To troubleshoot and resolve work orders efficiently
• To perform basic HVAC tasks (if applicable)
• To prepare units for move-ins
• To ensure grounds and common areas remain clean and safe

Required Skills

• 1+ year of apartment or property maintenance experience
• Must have own tools
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry & appliance repairs
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills
• Reliability and ability to work independently

Preferred Skills

• HVAC knowledge a plus
• Experience with work-order systems (Yardi, RealPage, etc.)
