Leasing Deployment Strategist

We are seeking a tech-savvy, marketing-driven leasing professional to support the deployment and optimization of innovative self-guided touring solutions across multifamily communities.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leasing and marketing experience who understands prospect conversion, occupancy strategy, and enjoys working with technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and launch of self-guided tour platforms
• Design and configure tours using digital tools and proprietary software
• Partner with onsite teams to align leasing strategy and marketing goals
• Conduct onsite visits to validate tour flow and prospect experience
• Train leasing teams and monitor adoption/performance metrics
• Analyze KPIs and recommend strategies to improve conversions

Must-Haves

• 1–2+ years of multifamily leasing or property management experience
• Strong marketing and leasing knowledge
• Highly tech savvy; comfortable learning new platforms quickly
• Experience with CRM or property management systems
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel (~30%)
