Pay: $28/hr | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at an apartment community in Memphis, TN (38127). This role is ideal for a skilled technician with leadership abilities who can oversee a team, manage work orders, and ensure the property is well‑maintained and resident‑ready.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring timely completion of work orders
• Perform and oversee repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Manage unit turns and make‑ready schedules
• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Communicate effectively with property management and residents

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• EPA certification preferred
• Ability to lead a team and manage daily workflow
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
