Job Description

• To support daily maintenance operations across the property
• To troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing & appliances
• To complete work orders quickly and with quality
• To maintain safety standards and property appearance
• To provide excellent customer service to residents

Required Skills

• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance
• Strong skillsets in:
  • HVAC troubleshooting
  • Electrical repair
  • Plumbing
  • Appliance repair
  • Basic carpentry & painting
• Must have your own tools
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage workload

Preferred Skills

• Contract-to-hire experience or long-term maintenance history
• Customer service experience
