Bilingual Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician

Location: Irving, TX 75062

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9AM–6PM

Type: Contract to Hire

Job Overview

You will handle general apartment maintenance, troubleshoot common building systems, and complete work orders to keep the community safe and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• To perform general building and apartment maintenance
• To troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• To complete work orders accurately and on time
• To prepare units for move‑ins and turnovers
• To maintain a clean, safe, and operational property

Required Skills & Qualifications

• EPA Type II or Universal Certification
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong all‑around maintenance experience
• Ability to diagnose and complete repairs independently
• Professional, reliable, and detail‑oriented
