Job Description

• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance repairs

• Use EPA certification to support HVAC troubleshooting

• Maintain property standards and complete work orders

• $21–$22/hr based on experience

• Contract role

Key Responsibilities

• Complete HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Perform electrical and plumbing repairs
• Repair appliances, fixtures, and general components
• Maintain safety standards and respond to maintenance requests
• Communicate with residents and staff professionally

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician
• EPA Type II or Universal certification
• Trade experience in:
  • HVAC repair
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Appliance maintenance
  • Carpentry/general maintenance
• Must have own tools
• Ability to perform physical labor and work standard business hours
