Data Engineer

We are seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain modern data pipelines and integrations that support analytics, dashboards, AI initiatives, and data-driven decision making across the organization. This role focuses on delivering secure, reliable, and well-governed data using a cloud-based data platform as part of a growing enterprise data program.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, monitor, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Fivetran, APIs, and custom ETL/ELT processes
• Develop and optimize SQL transformations in Snowflake
• Create clean, validated datasets to support analytics, dashboards, and AI use cases
• Automate data workflows and quality checks using Python or similar scripting languages
• Integrate data from on-prem, SaaS, and cloud systems into Snowflake
• Implement data quality, lineage, and documentation aligned with data governance standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues in collaboration with IT and application teams
• Support self-service analytics through improved dataset structure, performance, and documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or database development
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational data modeling
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake as a cloud data platform
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and patterns, including Fivetran
• Python experience for data automation, testing, or quality validation
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau
• Understanding of data governance, security, and privacy best practices

• Experience supporting enterprise or regulated data environments
• Experience integrating complex data models across multiple systems
• Strong collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills
