Porter – Contract Role

Pay: $17-18/hr

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Location: Garland, TX

Join a leading property management team and help keep this apartment community looking its best! As a Porter, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and curb appeal while supporting the onsite staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, grounds, and amenities
• Assist with trash removal and light maintenance tasks
• Report safety hazards or maintenance needs promptly
• Support the property team with special projects
• Operate safely and professionally at all times

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
• Previous porter or maintenance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
