Leasing Consultant

Location: Blue Springs, MO

Pay: $18/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing inquiries
• Process applications and ensure compliance with company policies
• Maintain accurate records and leasing documentation
• Handle resident relations and provide exceptional customer service
• Support marketing efforts to attract new residents

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience required
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
