Porter – Contract-to-Hire

Location: Lakeland, FL

Pay: $17-18/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Join a great property management team and keep the community looking its best! We’re seeking a Porter who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming spaces.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, grounds, and amenities
• Remove trash and debris from property
• Perform pressure washing of walkways and exterior surfaces
• Assist maintenance team with basic tasks as needed
• Report any issues or hazards promptly

Requirements

• Previous porter or groundskeeping experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
