Job Title: Certified HVAC Technicians (Multiple Roles)

Location: Fort Gregg-Adams Military Base, VA 23801

Pay: $23/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Assignment Type: Contract

Open Positions

Type 1 Technicians (3 roles)

• 1–5 years of experience
• EPA Type 1 certification
• Ability to perform PM on HVAC systems and eager to learn
• Service small appliances and handle refrigerants safely

Type 2 Technicians (2 roles)

• 5–10 years of experience
• EPA Type 2 certification
• Strong troubleshooting skills for high-pressure HVAC systems
• Perform installations, repairs, and mentor junior techs

Controls Technicians (3 roles)

• 5–10 years of experience
• EPA certification
• Expertise in BACnet controls, installation, and repair
• 2 roles inside office; 1 role inside/outside for repairs

Requirements for All Roles

• Valid EPA certification (Type 1, Type 2, or Universal as applicable)
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work safely and follow national codes
• MVR required
